I found the staff very NICE. Breakfast offered a HUGE variety of options. I will recommend this place.

Excellent Stay Close to Attractions

The location was excellent. I easily walked to major attractions. The breakfast buffet included many options including hot items and fresh fruit. My room was spacious (I stayed there for a week) and it had a seating area with a couch and chairs.
The heating system made some noise during the night.

The staff members were always very friendly. They provided assistance upon request and quickly addressed any concerns I had (like getting extra pillows). I especially appreciated their warm welcome.

The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). The buffet was restocked regularly. There were various choices of breads, pastries, and fresh juices offered to hotel guests in the mornings.

The room included a comfortable bed and nice furniture. My suite had a view. I was happy to see a Juliet balcony.

The hotel is located near many important sites. It is a short walk to Museum Kampa. The street was also quiet in the evening and at night.
